A Cocktail Lounge from a Future That Never Came

Become Unstuck in Time With Us

Welcome to a world where mid-century dreams meet modern indulgence. Inspired by the golden era of space-age optimism and the elegance of a bygone bar culture, we’re a retro-futuristic speakeasy serving cocktails with a curious, global twist.

Here, nostalgia collides with bold innovation — classic cocktails are reimagined and globally inspired cuisines coalesce, all in a space that feels both retro and thrillingly new. It’s not just a bar, it’s an experience, a social hideaway for the curious, the cultured, and the creatively inclined.

At Monolith, you’ll step into the future as imagined in the 1950s — a dreamworld of speculative nostalgia and playful sophistication, where the hospitality of the past meets the cocktails of the future.

But somewhere within lies The Oubliette — a hidden speakeasy designed as Monolith's moody, candlelit contrast. Here, we rewind back from 1950 into a realm of elixirs and tinctures, of secret recipes and whispered conversations. Mysterious and intimate, it’s the imagined past of the imagined past.

Together, they form a duet of eras — one bar dreaming forward, the other back — each with its own distinct soul, bound by a shared devotion to hospitality, storytelling, and unforgettable cocktails.

Yesterday's tomorrow has finally arrived.

Monolith

Envisioned as a 75-year leap into the future from 1950, our main lounge will serve as a more lively, approachable, social introduction to the globally-inspired, anachronistic vibe of Monolith. Step inside and discover what the past always promised the future would be.

The Oubliette

In contrast, our second, "hidden" bar – The Oubliette – will be a 75-year leap BACK in time from 1950 to the age of the apothecary, and will focus on our innovative and experimental cocktail offerings. It will run on a reservation-only basis, allowing our guests a more intimate, romantic experience.
